Buttercup is 100% straight!
She's not a lesbian. I have no problem if your version of BC is, as long as you understand that. It was shown she was straight in the series. And the fact she is a tomboy, doesn't change that.
Sure she's strong and tough and dislikes girly things, but that's how she is. She's awesome in her own way. And I love her for it. 
So don't listen to stupid Major-Man... 
She's mah baby! And I tend to speak my mind when she's disrespected and rude towards. (same with Brick! He and BC are most precious to me.)
